Trauma Skills Summit

Trauma Skills Summit: Heal from the Effects of Trauma—for Yourself, the World, and Generations to Come. Natural disasters. Early childhood experiences. Car accidents. Systemic inequality. A global pandemic. The roots of trauma are as widespread as its impact on our lives. The challenges of trauma are real—but there is hope.  With the Trauma Skills Summit, renowned psychotherapist Dr. Jeffrey Rutstein invites you to participate in a transformational 10-day online event to explore trauma—what it is, how it affects us, and how we can cultivate skills to grow from adversity. You'll hear from 24 premier teachers in the field of trauma recovery—including Dan Seigel, Deb Dana, Thomas Hubel, Peter Levine, Ruth King, and Justin Michael Williams, to name just a few. From neurobiologists and psychotherapists to meditation teachers and spiritual luminaries, each presenter offers profound insights and practices for healing.  You'll also explore the many types of trauma we encounter—intergenerational, personal, and collective—and dive into topics such as parenting after trauma, cultivating resilience, leadership in times of trauma, somatic healing, trauma-sensitive meditations, and much more.  Whether you’re a therapist working with clients, an individual seeking personal growth, or a community leader in times of need, you'll discover breakthrough skills, practices, and tools for healing with the Trauma Skills Summit.  Presenters: Peter A.
