Trans Masc Cylinder

Our Trans Masc cylinders are designed for transgender men seeking vacuum pumping therapy, including those preparing for metoidioplasty or pursuing growth through hormone therapy and pumping. Choosing the Correct Diameter Most transgender men will fit comfortably into our standard FTM cylinder, which features a 1.25″ inside diameter. To determine whether the standard FTM cylinder is appropriate: Measure the widest circumference of your anatomy while in a relaxed state. Divide that circumference by 3.14 to determine the diameter. Choose a cylinder with an inside diameter slightly larger than your measurement. Example: Circumference: 3.0″ Diameter: 3.0 ÷ 3.14 = 0.95″ Recommended cylinder: 1.25″ ID FTM Cylinder If your measurement is significantly smaller and you are concerned that a 1.25″ diameter cylinder may be too large, consider one of our Clitoral Cylinders, which are available in smaller diameters. Please note that Clitoral Cylinders are currently only available in a 3″ length. Choosing the Correct Length Our FTM cylinders are available in 3″, 4″, and 5″ lengths. For most users, cylinder length is based more on personal preference and future growth goals than current anatomy size. General Recommendations: 3″ Length Compact and easy to handle Suitable for users who prefer a shorter cylinder 4″ Length Our most popular option Provides additional room for growth while remaining easy to use 5″ Length Maximum expansion room for future growth Often preferred by long-term pumpers and those preparing for metoidioplasty When in doubt, we generally recommend the 4″ or 5″ length. Additional cylinder length does not negatively affect performance and provides extra room for future growth. Need Help?
