TranquiliTea™ Organic

It's time to relax and destress with TranquiliTea ™. The aroma is therapeutic and the tea helps the stress of the day gently dance away. Organic Red Raspberry Leaf is a great source of micronutrients like calcium, magnesium, Vitamin C, B vitamins, zinc, phosphorous, and iron.[1] It contains phenolic acids and antioxidants that protect our cells from damaging free radical oxidation reactions.[2] Raspberry Leaf also supports women's health by helping to soothe uterine cramping and tone the uterine wall.[3]   Spearmint leaf provides many antioxidant compounds including rosmarinic acid, flavones and flavanones like limonene and menthol (both help with breathing), and Vitamin C.[4] Spearmint leaf may also help to even hormonal imbalances in women who may produce too much testosterone.[5, 6] It may improve age-related working memory deficits.[7] And both Spearmint and Peppermint help calm and relax the digestive system and may help people suffering with bowel diseases and other digestive afflictions. It's also believed that spearmint promotes relaxation and alleviates stress through menthol by interacting with GABA (gamma amnio butyric acid) receptors in your brain. GABA is a neurotransmitter involved in reducing nerve activity that your brain produces in times of sleep.[8] The Super Lavender you'll find in TranquiliTea™ is from France and smells like heaven. It contains the essential oil linalool that exhibits several biological activities such as being antibacterial and antiplasmodial [9]. In addition, the anti-inflammatory, antihyperalgesic (blocking increased sensitivity to pain), and antinociceptive effects (blocking pain receptors) of linalool in different animal models have been long established.[10, 11, 12] Try a little Tranquilitea™ and let your body drift off to a peaceful and restful place.
