TrakHandle Pro-X (Single Handle)

The TrakHandle Pro-X and TrakHandle Sport are the only rotating cable attachment handles that include our patented 3-axis rotation which allows unrestricted multi-plane movement throughout any exercise, making them the most functionally advanced cable attachment handles available. Trak Fitness handles enable the body’s natural rotational movements allowing the user to more effectively achieve their fitness goals while reducing the risk of injury. Maximize results with full range of motion, rotational movements. Improve the functionality of cable machines with new exercises. Reduce injuries with natural, ergonomically correct movements. The TrakHandle Pro-X is engineered for fitness club use. Strong and durable, yet weighing in at only 1 lb, the TrakHandle Pro-X can support a 250lb load.. Trak Fitness cable attachments and indoor rowing handles are the only handles and attachments available that include our patented multi-axis rotation. Our handles and cable attachments enable natural unrestricted rotational movement through multiple planes of motion. Expand the functionality of existing cable exercise equipment. Trak Fitness equipment allows users to perform a wider range of higher quality exercises on all cable based fitness equipment, resistance bands and indoor rowers. Our equipment allows users to perform exercises that are not possible with any other equipment. Maximize gains by working muscles through their Full Range Of Motion (ROM) with rotational movement. Full ROM exercises are critical for achieving the greatest gains in muscular and functional development and rotational movement is the only way to achieve full ROM in upper body musculature. Minimize kinetic chain dysfunction and injury caused by standard cable handles. Standard handles and cable attachments restrict rotational and multi-plane movements and prevent proper alignment of the wrist, elbow and shoulder joints. These restrictions force the user into faulty movement patterns that can lead to muscle imbalance, poor neuromuscular control and arthrokinetic dysfunction which can lead to pain and injury to the joints and ligaments. The TrakHandle Sport and other Trak Fitness cable attachments are the only cable attachments that alleviate these problems and minimize repetitive stress injuries. Reduces Cost. The TrakHandle Sport outlasts typical handles by several lifetimes which is why we back all of our products with a 3 year replacement warranty. Range Of Motion and Rotational Movement: The greatest improvements in muscular and functional development are achieved when muscles are worked through their full range of motion. And the majority of upper body muscle groups facilitate rotational movement. So the only way to achieve the greatest improvements in muscular and functional development is with exercises that incorporate the body’s natural rotational movements. Trak Fitness products are the only handles and cable attachments that enable the natural rotational movements of the human body. Biceps brachii: Biceps are commonly known as elbow flexors. But they are also the primary supinators (external rotation) of the forearm. To work the biceps through their full range of motion, the exercise must start with the forearm pronated and incorporate external rotation (supination) of the forearm while flexing the elbow. Pectoralis Major: The Pectorals horizontally adduct the arm. But they are also internal rotators of the arm. To work the pecs through their full range of motion the exercise must start with the arm externally rotated and be rotated internally during the movement. The pectorals also flex and extend the arm depending on the starting position and exercises should be performed to work the pecs from all angles. Rotational movement is critical to achieve full ROM from any position. Latissimus Dorsi: The lats extend the flexed arm but they are also internal rotators of the arm. So full ROM of the lats is achieved by extending and internally rotating the arm during the exercise. Deltoids: The delts abduct (or raise) the arm but they also assist in external and internal rotation. Full range of motion can be achieved for the anterior (front) and posterior (rear) delts by incorporating rotation into the movement. Rotator Cuffs: Its all in the name. Enough said. Trak Fitness cable attachments represent the standard of excellence in the fitness equipment industry.
