This Ti Parts Workshop upgrade replaces the stock plates with precisely machined aluminum pieces and matched springs, helping the clamps line up quickly and consistently every time you fold or unfold. Designed to work with the original Brompton hinge bolts and levers or TPW’s own hinge levers, these plates stay oriented as you turn the knobs and spring away from the frame when loosened. That means fewer fiddly adjustments, less frame rub, and a fold that feels more controlled on every ride. Engineered Simplicity Self-righting plate shape resists spinning as you tighten the hinge clamp, so it bites squarely on the first try. Integrated springs push the plates away from the frame when loosened, making folding and unfolding closer to a one-hand operation. CNC-machined aluminum construction cuts small-parts weight and won’t rust like bare steel hardware. Compatible with standard Brompton hinge bolts and levers, and pairs perfectly with TPW hinge clamp lever upgrades.
