TPHE Series LED Selectable Panel Light

Product Overview The TPHE LED Recessed Panel is a low-profile luminaire platform designed for commercial ceiling systems requiring uniform light distribution, high efficacy performance, and a clean architectural appearance. Available in 1×4, 2×2, and 2×4 formats, the panel integrates into standard grid layouts across office environments, educational facilities, and healthcare applications. As part of a broader LED Panel Lights category, the TPHE provides a flat, evenly illuminated surface designed to reduce glare and eliminate visible LED imaging. This panel-style distribution is optimized for general ambient lighting applications where consistent horizontal illumination across the task plane is required. Field-selectable output allows lumen levels to be adjusted across multiple power settings, enabling alignment with mounting height, fixture spacing, and target foot-candle requirements. Selectable CCT options from 2700K through 5000K allow consistent color performance across varied environments. The system operates on standard 120–277V electrical infrastructure and integrates with 0–10V dimming systems for controlled output. With efficacy up to 140 lumens per watt and a rated life exceeding 100,000 hours, the TPHE is engineered for long-term operational performance with reduced maintenance frequency. As part of a larger commercial lighting system, it supports predictable layout planning and consistent illumination results. Fixture Specifications Voltage: 120–277V CCT: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K CRI: 80 Dimming: 0–10V Construction: Sheet Metal Housing with Polystyrene Lens Finish: White Mounting: Recessed (Standard), Surface or Suspended Options Available Operating Temperature: -4°F to 122°F (-20°C to 50°C) Efficacy: Up to 140 lm/W Rated Life: L70 > 100,000 Hours Certifications: UL Listed (Damp Location), IC Rated, DLC Premium (pending/qualified models) Warranty: 5-Year Limited Warranty Performance & Configurations 1×4 Configuration (TPHE 14) Lumen Output: 2,250 / 2,700 / 3,750 / 4,500 lumens Wattage: 16W / 19W / 26W / 32W Application Use: Linear ceiling layouts and corridors 2×2 Configuration (TPHE 22) Lumen Output: 2,250 / 2,700 / 3,750 / 4,500 lumens Application Use: Standard grid layouts requiring balanced distribution 2×4 Configuration (TPHE 24) Lumen Output: 2,650 – 10,000 lumens (multiple output packages) Wattage: 19W – 71W Application Use: Open areas requiring higher output and broader coverage Optical and Distribution Characteristics The panel design produces uniform light distribution across the entire fixture surface, reducing glare and eliminating visible LED hotspots. Optical performance should be evaluated alongside distribution and spacing characteristics to maintain consistent illumination levels across the task plane. The flat lens configuration supports wide-area ambient lighting applications where visual comfort and uniformity are critical. Installation and System Integration The TPHE is designed for recessed installation in standard T-grid ceilings, with optional surface mount and suspension kits available for alternative ceiling conditions. This flexibility allows the same fixture platform to be used across multiple installation environments. Integration with commercial lighting control requirements ensures compatibility with modern energy standards while maintaining adjustable output.
