Musetta Steps Out (Flute Quartet)

Musetta Steps Out based on Musetta's Waltz from Giacomo Puccini's "La Boheme" (Flute Quartet) by Daniel Dorff, Published by Theodore Presser Company. Using the beautiful Musetta’s Waltz from Puccini’s "La Boheme" as a jumping-off point, Daniel Dorff offers flute quartets an opportunity to swing like a big band from the jazz era. While the Bass Flute "drives the bus" like a string bass and rhythm section, the Piccolo, C Flute, and Alto Flute take turns playing lead, showcasing each player and the unique color of their instrument. Suitable for high school through professional quartets. Instrumentation Piccolo Flute Alto Flute Bass Flute
