Toyota SR5

The Toyota SR5. The pickup that built a legend. The Toyota SR5 designation — Sport Rally 5-speed — was applied to the compact Toyota pickups of the 1970s and 1980s that earned the brand its reputation for unmatched reliability in the North American market. These trucks went where nothing else would, kept running when everything else stopped, and outlasted competitors by decades. The SR5 name became shorthand for dependability, and the trucks themselves became collector pieces in their own right. Rova built the SR5 at 1:30 scale to honour the pickup that made Toyota a household name in North America.
