These kits prevent the panels and Packout organizers from hitting any tonneau covers.  Bolts directly to the factory bedside rails and the Integral Panel.  Integral Panel not included.  Features 11 gauge laser cut steel. Black powder-coat. Rivet nuts installed. Rust-resistant, coated stainless hardware. All hardware needed to install is included. Fitment Tonneau Covers: These drop brackets allow all Toyota Integral Panels to fit with any tonneau cover or topper.  Vertical drop brackets are NOT compatible with Jeep Gladiator.
