It is made of a 600 denier waterproof ripstop poly outer shell with 250 grams of poly fill. It features a chin to chest zipper for an easy on/off. This neck cover is designed to be used with the entire line of Tough1® Turnout Blankets Small (60"-66"), Medium (69"-72"), Large (75"-78")
