Touchstone Beet – 50 Seeds

Brighten up your garden and your plate with the Touchstone Gold Beet. This refined heirloom is a favorite of growers for its reliable germination and beautiful, uniformly round, golden-yellow roots. It has a wonderfully sweet and mild flavor, lacking the strong earthiness of red beets, and its golden color won't bleed or stain when cooked. The attractive green tops are also delicious and can be used just like chard or spinach, making this a fantastic dual-purpose vegetable. ⭐ What you'll love Beautiful, vibrant golden roots that won't bleed color when cooked.
