Engineered to improve CV axle geometry on lifted Toyota and Lexus platforms. COMPLETE YOUR LIFT THE RIGHT WAY. Purpose-built for lifted Toyota & Lexus platforms. The TORQ Premium Cast Aluminum Differential Drop is a purpose-built cast aluminum differential drop engineered to provide a more favorable CV operating angle after lifting your vehicle. Designed specifically for the 2022+ Toyota Tundra, 2023+ Sequoia, and 2024+ Lexus GX550. ✔ Restores Proper CV Geometry ✔ Premium Cast Aluminum Construction ✔ Corrosion Resistant ✔ Direct Bolt-On Installation ✔ Made in USA ✔ Lifetime Warranty _______________________________________________________________________________________________ DO YOU NEED A DIFFERENTIAL DROP? Our Premium Differential Drop is recommended for: ✔ 2.5–3.5" front lift ✔ Larger tires (35"+) ✔ Vehicles driven daily ✔ Vehicles used for towing ✔ Off-road use ✔ Long-term reliability If your front suspension has been lifted, the CV axles operate at a steeper angle than Lexus and Toyota intended. A differential drop reduces this operating angle to help improve long-term CV joint and boot life. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ ENGINEERING WHY IT MATTERS When the front suspension is lifted, the front CV axles operate at a steeper angle. The TORQ Differential Drop lowers the front differential to improve the operating angle after lifting, creating a more complete suspension solution. For full-time 4WD platforms like the Lexus GX550, the front driveline is engaged during everyday driving, making driveline geometry an important consideration. The TORQ Differential Drop lowers and rotates the differential approximately one inch, restoring a much more natural operating angle. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ DESIGN WHY OUR DIFFERENTIAL DROP IS DIFFERENT Not all differential drops are engineered the same.   Some differential drops are built from multiple welded steel plates. Purpose-built aluminum casting engineered specifically for modern Toyota and Lexus platforms. OEM-inspired design. Premium fit and finish. WHY WE CHOSE CAST ALUMINUM Not every component should be machined from billet. Complex structural brackets often benefit from precision casting because it allows: Integrated geometry Greater rigidity Fewer stress concentrations OEM-like appearance Better packaging Vehicle-specific geometry Complex casting OEM-inspired Corrosion resistant Once cast, every critical mounting surface is precision CNC machined in-house. That's premium engineering. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ MANUFACTURING PRECISION AT EVERY STEP Purpose-built engineering doesn't end at the design table. Every TORQ Differential Drop begins as a vehicle-specific aluminum casting designed for modern Toyota and Lexus platforms. From there, each component is precision CNC machined in-house to ensure accurate fitment, proper alignment, and exceptional consistency before receiving a durable black powder-coated finish. Unlike fabricated steel brackets assembled from flat plate, every TORQ Differential Drop is engineered, machined, and finished as a premium suspension component designed to complement the vehicle it was built for.   ENGINEERED CAST & MACHINED FINISHED   INSTALLED ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ WHAT'S INCLUDED ✔ Left Cast Aluminum Differential Drop ✔ Right Cast Aluminum Differential Drop ✔ Precision Hardware Kit ✔ Installation Instructions ✔ Lifetime Warranty Support Everything required for installation is included. Lifting the front suspension increases the operating angle of the front CV axles. The TORQ Differential Drop lowers the front differential to provide a more favorable operating angle after lifting, creating a more complete suspension solution. Is a differential drop required for every lift? Not always. Many lifted vehicles operate without one. However, for customers looking to improve driveline geometry after lifting, a differential drop is a worthwhile upgrade—especially on higher lifts and vehicles that see regular four-wheel-drive use or full-time 4WD operation. Which vehicles does this fit? The TORQ Differential Drop is designed specifically for 2.5–3.5" front lifts.: 2022+ Toyota Tundra 2023+ Toyota Sequoia 2024+ Lexus GX550 Will this work with my current lift kit? In most cases, yes. The TORQ Differential Drop is compatible with many aftermarket spacer and suspension lift kits. If you're unsure about your specific setup, contact our team and we'll be happy to help confirm compatibility. Does installation require drilling or welding? No. The TORQ Differential Drop is designed as a bolt-on upgrade using the supplied hardware. No cutting, drilling, or welding is required. How difficult is installation? Installation typically takes 1–2 hours using standard hand tools. Professional installation is recommended, but experienced DIY enthusiasts can complete the installation as well. What warranty does TORQ offer? Every TORQ Differential Drop is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind every product we manufacture and are committed to providing knowledgeable customer support if you ever need assistance. Why is the TORQ Differential Drop cast instead of welded? Unlike traditional fabricated steel brackets, the TORQ Differential Drop is engineered as a purpose-built aluminum casting. This allows for complex vehicle-specific geometry, thick structural sections, and a refined OEM-inspired appearance that complements modern Toyota and Lexus platforms. Do I need this with a 2" lift? Generally yes. Vehicles lifted beyond approximately two inches benefit from correcting CV axle geometry. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ BUILT FOR EVERY ROAD AHEAD   The differential drop may be one of the smallest components in your suspension system, but it's one of the most important after lifting. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ BUILT FOR THE LONG HAUL Whether your vehicle spends its life commuting, towing, exploring backroads, or crossing mountain passes, every TORQ Differential Drop is engineered to improve drivetrain geometry without compromising the refinement that makes these vehicles exceptional. Designed, machined, and supported in Utah. Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
