Toro 35° Pressure-Compensating Stream Spray Nozzle (90° Arc)

Designed for shrub and non‑turf landscapes, the Toro 89‑1495 (35‑SSQ‑PC) is a pressure‑compensating Stream Spray nozzle engineered to deliver wind‑resistant, matched‑precipitation streams at a 35° trajectory. The quarter‑circle (90°) pattern provides precise watering for shrubs, groundcover, slopes and other landscape beds where uniform distribution and low drift are important. Model: Toro 89‑1495 (35‑SSQ‑PC), pressure‑compensating stream spray nozzle. Pattern & angle: Quarter‑circle 90° arc with a 35° trajectory for wind‑resistant streams. Radius & adjustment: Typical radius 13–22 ft (4.0–6.7 m); radius adjustable up to 50% for tighter coverage. Operating pressure & flow: Recommended inlet pressure 20–75 PSI (1.4–5.2 bar); flow range approximately 0.6–2.7 GPM (2.3–10.2 L/min), depending on pressure. Compatibility: Designed for Toro 570 MPR spray bodies and shrub adapters; available in male‑thread configurations for easy retrofit installation. Use cases: Ideal for shrubs, groundcover and beds; stream sprays are not recommended for turf applications. Built to the Toro MPR Plus specification, this nozzle maintains matched precipitation rates across patterns and radii, helping reduce water waste and improve uniformity. The pressure‑compensating design keeps flow consistent across common inlet pressures, simplifying design and retrofit work. See the Toro Stream Spray Nozzles catalog page for technical performance tables and installation guidance.
