Tornado Taskforce Wet/Dry Vacuum

Stripping a floor leaves gallons of spent solution that has to go somewhere, and Tornado built the Taskforce wet/dry vacuum line for that stage of the job. Rolling on built-in wheels, it moves with your crew from a restroom flood to corridor scrub-downs. It comes in two tank capacities: 10-gallon and 17-Gallon. Key Features and Benefits of the Tornado SS Taskforce Wet/Dry Canister Vacuum Motor Power: The 1.61 horsepower motor draws 1,200 watts and moves 114 cubic feet per minute of airflow, managing soil on high-traffic floors. Water Lift: Rated at 90 inches of water lift, the vacuum pulls standing water and spent scrubbing solution off bare floors instead of smearing it. Wet Dry Pickup: Dry debris and liquids both go into the same polyethylene tank, holding 10 or 17 gallons depending on the size you choose. Cleaning Reach: A 30-foot power cord plus a 10-foot hose extends your working reach to 40 feet from one outlet. Washable Filter: The Tornado Washable Filter lifts out of the float cage for rinsing and reuse, so you can clean it instead of replacing it. Included Tools: Ships with six attachments, including a crush-proof hose, two-piece wand, hard floor tool, dust brush, crevice tool, and squeegee. Standard Power: The vacuum draws up to 10 amps on 110-120-volt power for operation at your facility. Front Mount Squeegee: Choose the optional Front Mount Squeegee Accessory for an upgraded way to collect water and improve steering. The accessory comes in a 15-Gallon Version and 17-Gallon Version. Choose Your Capacity Capacity is the main decision, and it comes down to how much water you recover before you have to stop and dump the tank. 10-Gallon Model: The smaller Taskforce measures 28 x 16 x 19 inches (H x W x D) and weighs 29 pounds, which suits restrooms and stairwells where floor space is tight. Model number 94232. 17-Gallon Model: The larger tank measures 36 x 18 x 24 inches (H x W x D) and weighs 36 pounds, giving you longer stretches of scrubber recovery on open warehouse floors or gymnasiums. Model number 94236. Sylvane's Expert Take For maintenance in a school, warehouse, or retail floor, the Tornado SS Taskforce Wet/Dry Canister Industrial Vacuum earns its keep on the recovery side of scrubbing and stripping work rather than as an everyday dust vacuum. There is no powered brushroll, so it focuses on water pickup on bare floors and only water pickup and surface debris on carpet. The powerful airflow and suction are identical across both tank sizes, meaning you can pick based on volume and weight alone.
