Tornado OB 20 Orbital Floor Machine

Stripping floor finish can leave wet slurry and force you to close a work area for hours. The Tornado OB 20 Orbital Floor Machine works differently. A square pad oscillating at 3,530 RPM under heavy down pressure lifts old finish dry, so you skip the neutralizing step and return the area to service sooner. This floor machine is ideal for occupied buildings where you need to schedule cleaning during business hours. Its wheeled walk-behind frame lets you push directly between obstacles without lifting or repositioning the machine. Key Features and Benefits of the Tornado OB 20 Orbital Floor Machine Down Pressure: The pad presses into the floor with 180 pounds of force, so ground-in soil lifts in fewer passes. Orbital Speed: Pad speed reaches 3,530 RPM, letting you remove finish dry and cut what you spend on stripping chemicals. Square Pad: The square pad driver measures 20 inches and works flush into corners and along baseboards that round drivers leave behind. Steel Frame: A frame made of 3/4 inch thick epoxy-coated steel supports daily commercial and industrial scrubbing. Motor Power: The motor rated at 1.5 horsepower draws 1,118 watts on 120-volt power, so standard building outlets run it. Long Reach: The 50-foot power cord covers wide floors, so you stop to change outlets far less often. Safety Controls: Interlocking triggers stop the pad as soon as you let go, and the handle adjusts to your height. Quiet Operation: The 64 dB maximum noise level helps you plan floor care in occupied buildings with less disruption. Working Height: At 46 inches tall, the wheeled frame helps you guide the scrubber between rooms and storage areas. Standard or Finish Removal Kit: Choose Your Package The two packages differ by whether the machine captures dust or just operates as a rotary machine, so pick the Standard model or the Finish Removal Kit model based on how you handle stripping debris. Standard Package: This package offers the standard Tornado OB 20 Orbital Machine with a pad driver measuring 20 inches and interlocking-trigger controls, ready for scrubbing and dry finish removal. Finish Removal Kit: This kit adds a handle-mounted vacuum and HEPA filtration to the base machine, pulling finish dust off the floor as you strip so occupied buildings stay cleaner. Sylvane's Expert Take Use this machine when your floor-care schedule includes finish removal tasks, without using chemicals. Choose the Finish Removal Package when dust containment is central to your process. Choose the Standard Package when your existing workflow handles dust removal.
