Tornado Microburst Lithium Battery (MB027)

The lithium battery for the Tornado Microburst Ultra-Compact Scrubber. The machine ships without one, so this is the part you need to make it run — and it is the same pack to buy as a spare if you want the scrubber to go out twice in a day. Buy this with the machine, not after it The Microburst comes with its charger and a set of brushes but not the battery. Ordering both together is the difference between a scrubber that works on delivery day and one that sits in the corner. Lithium iron phosphate Charges fast, can be run flat without damage, and needs no maintenance at all — no water to top up and nothing to check. Three hours to charge Against eight to ten for the sealed lead-acid packs in bigger scrubbers. That is what lets one machine cover a morning shift and an afternoon one. About seven pounds Light enough to swap in seconds. A second pack is the cheapest way to double how much floor one machine covers in a day. Yes. Tornado ship the scrubber with its charger and brushes but no battery, so without this the machine will not run. Order both together. Is the charger included with the battery? No — the charger comes with the scrubber. This is the battery on its own, which is also what you order if you want a second pack. Why buy a spare? Because it charges in three hours and runs for one. A second pack means the machine keeps working while the first one charges, which roughly doubles how much floor one operator covers in a day. Will it fit any other Tornado machine? This pack is specified for the Microburst TS040-W17-U. The larger Tornado scrubbers use different 24 or 36 volt packs — call us on 888-565-6163 and we will match the right one to your machine. Does it need any maintenance? None. Lithium iron phosphate packs are sealed, there is nothing to top up, and running one flat does not damage it the way it would an older battery.
