Tornado Brute Force Floor Buffer

When you run a floor machine on long production runs, your hands and forearms can take a toll. The Brute Force Series helps by using a patented, non-conductive one-piece body that absorbs the torque and vibration you would otherwise feel through the handle. That control matters when you need to keep a cleaning route moving. With pads running at up to 175 RPM, you can handle wet scrubbing and spray buffing on finished floors rather than high-speed burnishing. Key Features and Benefits of the Tornado Brute Force Floor Buffer Triple Gearing: A triple planetary gear system transfers motor torque to the pad, so heavy soil and finish buildup do not stall the pad. Motor Power: The motor is rated at 1.5 horsepower, helping you maintain steady progress through demanding commercial cleaning routes. Cool Running: The patented cooling design holds motor temperature down through extended runs, which supports longer motor life on cleaning schedules. Motor Access: The one-piece housing opens for direct access to the motor, so routine service takes less time out of your rotation. Pad Speed: This model offers a 175 RPM max pad speed, which is suited for wet scrubbing and spray buffing finished floors. Fast Pad Changes: A tilt-up position lets you swap pads without hoisting the machine, and a pad holder and pad retainer are included. Power Cord: The 75-foot cord gives you extended reach across commercial floor areas before you need another outlet. Standard Voltage: The motor accepts 110-120 volt power, so you can plug into standard wall outlets in commercial buildings. Rolling Transport: The 5-inch non-marking wheels are built in, so you can move the machine between floors and back to storage without dragging the base. Compact Footprint: The device measures 31 x 20.5 x 44.5 inches, making it manageable to maneuver through standard doorways and janitor closets. Choose Your Cleaning Path Width You can select this model by size, with a 17-inch or a 20-inch cleaning path to match your floor layout. 17-Inch Model: This model uses a smaller pad driver and weighs 103.5 pounds, so you can work around fixtures and furniture in tighter rooms. 20-Inch Model: This model uses the larger pad driver and weighs 104.5 pounds, so you can cover wider open floors in fewer passes. Sylvane's Expert Take If you manage commercial floor care tasks, this floor buffer series from Tornado fits route work in spaces where the power and versatility of walk-behind machines are needed. Before ordering this floor buffer, measure your narrowest doorway and storage area, then plan where the 75-foot cord will reach; those are the biggest deciding factors. The non-conductive housing is the standout detail if vibration control and enclosed electrical components matter to your operation.
