Torco RFF Racing Fork Fluids

Torco RFF: Advanced Racing Fork Fluid for Consistent Damping When milliseconds matter on the track, your suspension needs to be flawless. Torco RFF Racing Fork Fluids are high Viscosity Index (V.I.) synthetic blend oils engineered to exceed the grueling demands of both cartridge and damper rod applications. By maintaining a stable viscosity across a wide range of operating temperatures, RFF eliminates "damping fade," ensuring your front end feels exactly the same on the last lap as it did on the first. Designed for racers and enthusiasts who demand custom-tuned performance, Torco RFF utilizes a proprietary additive system that targets the two biggest enemies of suspension: friction and heat. What are the benefits of Torco RFF Fork Fluid? Torco RFF is formulated to provide a smoother, more responsive ride by optimizing the internal environment of your forks. Anti-Stiction Technology: Dramatically reduces "stiction" (static friction) for smoother fork movement and improved small-bump compliance. Fade-Free Performance: The high V.I. formula prevents the fluid from thinning out under extreme heat, maintaining consistent damping rates. Wear & Shock Protection: Advanced anti-wear and anti-friction chemistries protect internal shims, valves, and bushings from degradation. Extended Seal Life: Contains specialized seal conditioners that keep O-rings and wipers pliable, preventing leaks and extending service intervals. Air-Release Properties: Treated with anti-foam agents to ensure the fluid remains incompressible and responsive during rapid suspension cycling. Ideal Applications Whether you are re-valving for the track or performing a seasonal service on a street bike, Torco RFF is the professional’s choice for: Cartridge Forks: Precise damping control for modern, high-performance inverted or standard cartridge systems. Damper Rod Forks: Improved lubrication and consistency for conventional fork designs. Racing & Off-Road: Built to withstand the violent high-speed impacts of motocross, road racing, and aggressive trail riding. Custom Rebuilds: The perfect medium for tuners who need a reliable, high-quality base for custom suspension valving. Technical Product Specifications Torco RFF meets or exceeds all major manufacturer performance requirements for high-performance motorcycles and ATVs. Feature Specification Formula Type High V.I. Standard fork oils often break down under the intense heat and shearing forces of racing, leading to unpredictable handling and harsh feedback. Torco RFF is built specifically for the racing environment. Its synthetic blend base provides the thermal stability needed to keep your suspension predictable, while its anti-stiction additives allow your forks to react faster to the terrain. It’s the closest thing to a "cheat code" for your suspension’s plushness and grip. Upgrade your ride quality and regain total control over your front end. Choose Torco RFF Racing Fork Fluid for a smoother, faster, and more consistent performance.
