Available in U.S. only.  Many small parrots, such as cockatiels, parakeets, and parrotlets, are ground feeders. That means a good amount of their daily food consists of seeds. Many of the seeds they eat in the wild are germinated. When seeds germinate (soak up/absorb humidity), they get ready to provide the necessary boost of nutrition for a plant to develop and grow. All of this nutrition is awakened when the seeds are soaked or germinated. Soak TOP's Napoleon’s Seed Mix™ and it releases this nutrition to the birds. USDA Organic Certified.  Feed it to your bird dry or soak 8-12 hours. Ingredients: Organic Oat Groats, Organic Hulled Millet, Organic Flax Seeds, Organic Sesame Seeds and Organic Buckwheat. What Customers Say: "Today I received my first shipment from TOP’s. I have a very picky cockatiel who has never been a fan of pellet food. It was time to give him some fresh food. In one dish, I gave him a little of the Napoleon’s Seed Mix, and in another dish, a little of the Outstanding Small Pellets. OMG – he dug into both, and he has been eating the pellets every time I look at him.  This is a small miracle! Thank you for having such wonderful, healthy products.  So glad I found you!!!"  — Cathy
