Toning Water - 2 oz

CONCUR Toning Water uses the properties of apple cider vinegar and witch hazel to maintain this balance.  Added benefits of lemon balm, chamomile, rose, calendula, comfrey, lemon peel, rosemary and sage combine to create a powerful astringent to close and tighten the pores without over-drying.
