This delicious jam is made in the Birmingham, Alabama, kitchen of my friend Jenny McCain, proprietor of Woodhill Cottage. To say that this is the best jam I've ever tasted, is in fact not an exaggeration. Not only do I love slathering my morning toast in each of the three flavors - strawberry, peach and tomato - but I also love to use them in the creative recipes Jenny is generous enough to share from time to time, and which I'll be sharing on our blog this holiday. This kit comes with a wooden spreader hand-hewn in Berea, Kentucky, and is presented in a cardboard berry container tied with a festive red ribbon.
