Opening: The fragrance opens with a burst of black cherry, immediately capturing attention with its juicy, ripe sweetness. This is not your ordinary cherry note—Lost Cherry presents a decadent mix of cherry liqueur, adding a boozy warmth and richness that feels indulgent and luxurious. Bitter almond offers a touch of nutty depth, balancing out the sweetness and introducing a slightly bitter, aromatic edge. These delicate florals are enhanced by the sweet and velvety plum, adding a lush, fruity richness. The floral-fruity blend creates a beautiful contrast with the initial sweetness, making the fragrance more complex and layered. The floral heart is soft and sensual, complementing the gourmand cherry without overpowering it. Base: In the base, Lost Cherry becomes even more indulgent with warm, comforting notes of tonka bean and vanilla. These notes provide a creamy, sweet backdrop to the fragrance, softening the intense cherry opening. Peru balsam and sandalwood add a rich, resinous depth, grounding the scent with their smoky, woody quality. Cinnamon, clove, and patchouli introduce a spicy warmth, while cedar and vetiver offer a dry, earthy undertone, rounding out the composition. Performance: Tom Ford Lost Cherry has moderate to strong projection with excellent longevity.
