Toby Keith – Unleashed

Released on July 23, 2002, Unleashed is the eighth studio album by American country music artist Toby Keith, marking a significant commercial and cultural milestone in his career. Produced by Toby Keith and James Stroud, the album was recorded at Emerald Entertainment and Sound Stage Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. The project is prominently known for its lead single, Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue (The Angry American), which became a multi-platinum anthem and solidified Keith's status as a leading voice in the genre during the early 2000s. The album also features the chart-topping duet Beer for My Horses with Willie Nelson, showcasing Keith's ability to blend traditional country sensibilities with contemporary arena-rock energy. With a mix of patriotic themes, humorous narratives, and heartfelt ballads, Unleashed debuted at number one on both the Billboard 200 and the Top Country Albums chart. Exploring themes of national pride, independence, and the everyday American experience, this release remains a definitive work in modern country music.
