Yarn Mallets

The WPM350 Yarn Mallets are a great choice for playing marimbas and vibraphones, as they're hard enough to produce clear articulation yet soft enough to protect wooden instrument bars against damage. Their long, straight grip provides players with comfort and reduced fatigue for practice, performance, and recording sessions. The medium-hard yarn-wrapped heads help players generate a marimba tone balanced between clarity and warm instrument resonance, great for playing expressive solos and standing out in ensembles. On the vibraphone, these mallets are also perfect for producing a soft legato effect during quieter passages. Crafted from solid maple wood, the handles deliver dependable strength and long-lasting service. Specifications Diameter Head 1.4″ Diameter Stick 0.3″ Hardness Medium hard Length 16"
