S/S Tool Collar Loop- 1.85" Opening10/pkg From The ESS Team Why Choose the TL-9SS Twin-Leg Self-Closing Steel Scaffold Hook? Enhanced Safety and Security: This scaffold hook features a self-closing mechanism that automatically engages when a load is applied. This ensures a secure connection between the hook and the rigging, minimizing the risk of accidental detachment or dislodgement. This is crucial for suspending materials and equipment at height, where a fall could cause serious injuries or property damage. Exceptional Strength and Durability: Manufactured from high-strength steel, the TL-9SS hook can withstand heavy loads with a safe working capacity of 3,300 lbs. This makes it suitable for various construction and industrial applications involving lifting and suspending materials. The steel construction is also resistant to rust and corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance even in harsh outdoor environments. Double the Functionality: The unique twin-leg design of the TL-9SS hook provides two secure attachment points for lanyards, slings, or ropes. This allows for versatile rigging configurations and can be particularly useful when suspending unbalanced loads or creating a more secure connection. Easy to Use and Efficient: The self-closing mechanism of the TL-9SS hook simplifies operation. Simply place the hook onto the desired rigging point, and the spring-loaded latch automatically engages. To release the hook, a readily accessible trigger deactivates the latch, allowing for easy disconnection when needed. This user-friendly design promotes efficiency and saves time during rigging and lifting tasks. Cost-Effective Safety Solution: The TL-9SS scaffold hook represents a valuable investment in workplace safety. By preventing accidents caused by dropped loads and ensuring secure lifting practices, this hook can minimize downtime, potential injuries, and costly damages. How to Use the TL-9SS Twin-Leg Self-Closing Steel Scaffold Hook: Visually inspect the hook for any signs of damage or wear before use. Position the hook onto the designated rigging point, such as a D-ring or shackle. The self-closing mechanism will automatically engage to secure the hook. Attach lanyards, slings, or ropes to the two available attachment points on the twin-leg design. To release the hook, press the trigger mechanism and disengage the latch.
