TL Luxe Series LED Troffer Light

Product Overview The TL Luxe Troffer is a recessed LED luminaire platform engineered for standardized commercial ceiling systems where consistent illumination, controlled distribution, and adaptable output are required across interior environments. Designed for both 2×2 and 2×4 grid layouts, the fixture supports uniform deployment across office interiors, educational facilities, and healthcare environments while maintaining consistent visual alignment throughout the ceiling plane. Selectable power configurations allow illumination levels to be adjusted in the field based on mounting height, spacing, and target foot-candle requirements without requiring multiple fixture types. This approach supports both retrofit and new construction projects where performance requirements vary across zones but fixture continuity is maintained. Selectable correlated color temperature enables consistent color deployment across phased installations. The fixture integrates into standard 120–277V electrical systems and supports low-voltage dimming control strategies for applications requiring adjustable light levels. The TL Luxe Troffer is constructed using a formed steel housing with a post-fabrication applied polyester coating, supporting long-term durability in controlled interior environments. Optical performance is managed through a high-transmission acrylic lens designed to distribute light evenly across the task plane while reducing direct glare at typical viewing angles. As part of a broader LED troffer lighting strategy, this fixture integrates into commercial lighting systems focused on predictable performance, simplified installation, and long-term operational consistency. Fixture Specifications Voltage: 120–277V Frequency: 50/60Hz CCT: 3500K, 4000K, 5000K Dimming: 1–10V Construction: Cold-Rolled Steel Housing Lens: High Transmission Acrylic PMMA Finish: White Polyester Powder Coat Mounting: Recessed T-Grid (Flange and Surface Kits Available) Operating Temperature: -4°F to 122°F (-20°C to 50°C) Rated Life: L70 > 50,000 Hours Certifications: UL Listed (Damp Location), FCC Compliant, RoHS Compliant, DLC 5.1 (select models) Warranty: 5-Year Limited Warranty Performance & Configurations 2×2 Configuration (TL 22 Series) Selectable Wattage: 20W / 30W / 40W Lumen Output: 2,360 / 3,450 / 4,480 lumens Dimensions: 23.8"L x 23.8"W x 3.9"H Application Use: Smaller rooms and lower mounting heights requiring uniform distribution 2×4 Configuration (TL 24 Series) Selectable Wattage: 30W / 40W / 50W Lumen Output: 3,540 / 4,600 / 5,600 lumens Dimensions: 47.8"L x 23.8"W x 3.9"H Application Use: Larger open areas requiring broader coverage and reduced fixture count Optical and Distribution Characteristics The integrated acrylic PMMA lens provides broad light distribution suitable for general ambient lighting applications. Light output and distribution should be evaluated alongside beam spread and distribution characteristics to ensure proper spacing and uniformity across the illuminated space. Distribution performance is optimized for typical commercial ceiling heights, supporting consistent spacing layouts and predictable horizontal illumination levels across the task plane. Installation and System Integration The TL Luxe Troffer is designed for recessed installation in standard T-grid ceiling systems. Optional mounting kits allow adaptation to surface or flange installations where grid systems are not present. Integration with modern lighting control requirements enables compliance with commercial energy codes while maintaining flexible control over illumination levels. Field-selectable output and color temperature simplify inventory management while allowing adjustments during installation based on final layout and performance targets.
