The hex-shaped frame lets users stand inside the bar, helping support a more centered pulling position. Hi/Lo Handle Option The dual handle design gives users high and low handle options for different lift setups. This makes the bar useful for various height ranges, flexibility levels, and training goals. Longer 18" Sleeve Length The 18" sleeve length provides more room for Olympic plate loading compared to shorter hex bars. This makes the bar a strong fit for facilities that need a heavier-loading trap bar option. Fully Welded One-Piece Construction The bar is fully welded for one-piece construction, helping support stability, strength, and dependable use during repeated training sessions. Hard Chrome Finish The hard chrome finish helps protect the bar from corrosion and supports regular use in commercial gyms, school weight rooms, studios, and strength training spaces. Diamond Knurling The handles feature diamond knurling to help users maintain a secure grip during deadlifts, shrugs, carries, and other loaded movements. Centered Lifting Position The hex bar design helps keep the weight closer to the lifter’s center of gravity. This makes it helpful for teaching controlled lifting and lowering mechanics during deadlift-style movements.
