The fiber optic cable stripper supports common fiber preparation tasks by stripping fiber jackets from 1.6 mm to 3 mm, buffer coatings from 600 to 900 micron, and coating layers at 250 micron to expose 125 micron glass fiber. The fiber optic cutter is designed for clean cutting of Kevlar®, cabling insulation, tape, cable ties, and other materials used in fiber cabling applications. The included shears help technicians handle tough materials during cable preparation, while the three-hole stripper supports accurate layer removal across multiple fiber sizes. The molded pouch includes two pockets to separate the tools and a metal belt clip that attaches easily to a belt for convenient access. By combining stripping, cutting, and carrying components in one kit, this setup helps technicians keep frequently used fiber tools together for field work.
