Mission Darkness™ · Faraday Supplies TitanRF Faraday Patch A high-shielding conductive adhesive sheet that mends a punctured Faraday bag, joins two pieces of TitanRF™ Faraday Fabric, seals an RF shielding enclosure, or sticks down as a quick signal block. Cut it to size, peel the backing, press it flat, and lock in a conductive seam that blocks cell, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and 5G signals. 3 sizes Conductive adhesive Cut · Peel · Stick IEEE 299-2006 tested What it is One patch, many fixes. The TitanRF Faraday Patch is a flexible, conductive adhesive rectangle with rounded edges, built from the same shielding material used across the Mission Darkness line. It arrives ready to use — trim it with scissors to fit, peel off the backing, and adhere it firmly to a flat surface. Once pressed down it bonds aggressively and is not meant to be removed. Join two fabric sheets Overlap two pieces of TitanRF Faraday Fabric, then patch the front and back to seal both sides into one continuous shield. Seal an enclosure Close seams and corners on RF shielding cages and boxes, or fold a large patch over an object to form a fast Faraday enclosure. Patch a punctured bag Cover a hole or tear in a Faraday bag to restore its shielding. The patch is the simplest way to extend the life of damaged gear. Block EMI & EMF Stick it to smart meters and electronics, or line a pants pocket, purse, or bag to reduce EMF from devices placed inside. Size variations Three sizes, three jobs. Patches ship in multi-packs so you always have a spare on hand. Every size can be trimmed smaller with scissors — pick the one that covers your repair or build with room to overlap. The bond is strong and built to stay put. Verified shielding Tested to IEEE 299-2006. The TitanRF Faraday Patch is laboratory tested and certified to shielding effectiveness standard IEEE 299-2006. Testing measured how well the material shields the frequency band most mobile devices and electronics operate within — from 1.5 GHz to 40 GHz. 1.5–40GHz tested range 299IEEE -2006 standard Faraday supplies Build it out. Trim it with scissors to fit your repair or build. Just make sure the patch fully covers the area you are sealing, with a little overlap onto solid material. Can I reposition the patch after it is applied? No. The adhesive bonds aggressively and is not designed to be removed. Pulling it off can damage the underlying fabric, so position it carefully before pressing it down. How do I join two sheets of TitanRF Faraday Fabric? Overlap the two sheets slightly, then apply a patch across the seam on the front and again on the back. Sealing both sides keeps the joint continuously conductive and covers all exposed edges. Will it stick to a phone case or curved surface? The patch is designed for flat surfaces and fabric. It adheres best to clean, smooth, flat material. Textured, flexible, or coated surfaces such as some phone cases may not hold the bond reliably. Which size should I order? Choose Small for spot repairs and pocket-sized shielding, Medium for most bag punctures and fabric seams, and Large for big tears or folding into a rapid enclosure. All three can be trimmed down as needed. Are there safety considerations? The patch contains copper and nickel, so it is conductive and flammable. Keep it away from outlets, plugs, cables, and any electrical sources to reduce fire risk.
