Titanium Track

A Legacy Redefined: Introducing the Ti Track Aero-Formed Titanium, Built to Last a Lifetime: This isn't off-the-shelf tubing. Every Ti Track frame is aero-formed by our production team, shaping each titanium tube for stiffness, ride quality, and a silhouette you won't find on any other frame on the market. It's a process most brands skip because it's slower and harder to get right — we do it because the result is a frame that rides like nothing else in this price range. Revolutionary Frame and Fork Geometry: Responding to the growing demand for versatility in urban cycling, the featherweight titanium Ti Track with carbon fork now supports up to a 38c tire, opening up a world of possibilities for riders. Whether it's smooth tarmac, rugged city streets, or logging real miles on the road and track, the Ti Track is built for all of it — and built to still be doing it in twenty years. This is a timeless build, period. Grade 9 Titanium Construction: The Ti Track steps up from aluminum with straight-gauge Grade 9 (3Al/2.5V) titanium main tubes, paired with Grade 5 (6Al/4V) titanium dropouts, BB, and headtube. Titanium doesn't fatigue, corrode, or rust the way alloy and steel do — this frame is built to outlast every component you'll ever bolt to it. Vibration-Eating Ride Quality: Titanium has a natural ability to absorb road chatter and vibration that aluminum simply can't match, translating to a smoother, less fatiguing ride whether you're grinding out miles or hopping curbs. It's also nearly indestructible — titanium shrugs off dings, scratches, and the inevitable abuse of a crowded bike rack without denting or corroding. This is a frame you can actually live with. Sandblasted Finish, Polished Logos: The Ti Track wears a raw sandblasted titanium finish with polished titanium logos — understated, timeless, and it'll look the same in ten years as it does today. No paint to chip. No decals to fade. Just titanium, aging the way it's supposed to. Optimized 48x17 Ratio: Keeping in mind the urban cyclist's need for the perfect balance between speed and control, the 48x17 ratio offers enhanced performance and efficiency on city roads with unlimited skid patches for those still riding brakeless. Sleek Internal Cable Routing: Beyond the clean aesthetics, the internal cable routing offers improved aerodynamics and protection from the elements, ensuring a smooth and dependable ride every time. CNC'd 144BCD Chainring and Crank: Precision-engineered with CNC technology, the chainring and crank not only look stunning but also provide unrivaled strength and durability. At 144BCD, it allows for a wide variety of chainring options. New Wider Wheels: The Ti Track boasts an updated rim measuring an impressive 19mm internal width laced to sealed-bearing hubs. This not only provides riders with more substantial clearance but also supports a broader range of tire sizes, accommodating up to the recommended maximum of 38c and beyond. Paired with stock Vittoria 30c tires for an optimal mix of comfort and speed. Customizable Riding Experience: Choose between stylish, wide riser bars with Vans grips for a distinctive look and feel, or compact drop bars that promise comfort and swift transitions between hand positions. Titanium, Without the Titanium Price Tag: Titanium bikes usually live in the $3,000+ range. The Ti Track brings that material — and the ride quality, durability, and timeless finish that come with it — down to an affordable price point. This is the most accessible way into a titanium frame, period.
