5DEV Titanium MTB Cranks

5DEV Titanium MTB Cranks are built for riders who demand uncompromising strength, precision machining, and long-term durability from their drivetrain. CNC-machined on a 5-axis machine from solid titanium bar stock, these crank arms are designed and manufactured in San Diego, California to handle the sustained loads and impacts of aggressive mountain biking. Constructed from Ti-6Al-4V titanium, the cranks deliver exceptional stiffness and fatigue resistance while maintaining a refined ride feel. A modular spindle system allows riders to configure the cranks for Boost, SuperBoost, or downhill applications, making them adaptable across a wide range of modern MTB frames. The SRAM 8-bolt chainring interface keeps drivetrain integration clean and compatible with a wide range of direct-mount chainrings. Self-extracting hardware simplifies service, while careful material selection throughout ensures consistent performance season after season. 5DEV Titanium MTB Cranks Specs at a Glance Material: Ti-6Al-4V titanium Manufacturing: CNC-machined on 5-axis equipment Chainring Interface: SRAM 8-bolt direct mount Crank Bolts: 7075 aluminum Preloader: 6061 aluminum, self-extracting Spindle Compatibility: Compatible with all 5DEV spindles Manufacturing Location: San Diego, California, USA Fit & Weight Q-Factor: 168 mm (Boost), 177 mm (SuperBoost), 183 mm (Downhill) Weight: 553 g (Boost spindle), 564 g (SuperBoost spindle), 583 g (Downhill spindle) Design Benefits Maximum Strength: Solid titanium construction resists fatigue and impact damage.
