Titan Summer Training

Build the Athlete. Build the Confidence. Build the Foundation. The strongest adults are built long before they ever step into adulthood. Titan Summer Training is the exact summer training program Mike O'Hearn uses with his seven year old son, Titan, to develop strength, coordination, balance, posture, athleticism, and confidence through just 20 minutes a day. Designed for children ages 6 to 12, this program focuses on building exceptional movement patterns first, creating a foundation that benefits every sport and every stage of life. This isn't about building the strongest kid. It's about building kids who move well, think confidently, and develop habits that last a lifetime. What's Included ✔ Complete 7 day training program ✔ Step by step daily workout plans ✔ Daily warm up routine ✔ Lower body strength and stability ✔ Upper body push and pull development ✔ Athletic movement and coordination ✔ Grip strength and loaded carries ✔ Mobility and recovery day ✔ Coaching notes for every workout ✔ Mike O'Hearn's philosophy for building young athletes Perfect For Boys and girls ages 6–12 Young athletes Parents who want to build healthy habits Beginners learning proper movement Families looking to train together Kids participating in baseball, football, basketball, wrestling, gymnastics, martial arts, soccer, hockey, and more Why Start Young? Children develop movement patterns faster than almost any other skill. The earlier they learn proper posture, balance, coordination, and body control, the stronger their athletic foundation becomes. Instead of chasing heavier weights, Titan Summer Training teaches children how to move correctly first. Because great athletes aren't built overnight. They're built through thousands of quality repetitions. More Than Strength This program develops far more than muscle. Your child will build: • Confidence • Discipline • Coordination • Balance • Athleticism • Grip Strength • Body Awareness • Posture • Mobility • Consistency These are skills they'll carry into sports, school, and life. Created by Mike O'Hearn As a father, Mike didn't create this program to build the strongest seven year old. He created it to build the strongest foundation. Every workout has one goal: Teach kids to move correctly before asking them to move heavier. Because movement is the foundation of lifelong strength.
