TITAN 16” x 20” Auto Open Precision Heat Press

Engineered for high-volume commercial print shops, DTF factories, and growing apparel decorators across North America, the TITAN 16" x 20" Auto Open Precision Heat Press by MICROTECUSA delivers the perfect balance of heavy-duty reliability, thermal accuracy, and operator comfort. Built on a rugged laser-cut steel frame, the TITAN is designed to handle continuous daily production without flexing. It features an upgraded heating element with superior thermal stability, faster heat recovery, and balanced temperature distribution across the entire 16" x 20" pressing surface. An integrated anti-burn shield provides added safety for busy production environments. Equipped with a dual-bar handle and pull-down lever system, this press ensures smooth, even contact and consistent pressure across various fabric thicknesses. The electromagnetic auto-open feature releases the heat platen automatically when the cycle finishes—preventing scorched garments and allowing operators to safely multi-task. Combined with a smooth slide-out lower platen, loading garments, positioning transfers, and threading shirts occurs safely outside the heated zone. Key Features & Benefits Electromagnetic Auto-Open System: Automatically opens upon cycle completion to prevent over-curing, scorching, and ruined garments. Slide-Out Lower Platen: Pulls forward to allow safe, fast garment loading and accurate transfer alignment away from the hot upper heating plate. Upgraded Thermal Performance: Thick, high-density heating platen delivers uniform heat retention, faster recovery times, and eliminates cold spots. Modern Touchscreen Interface: Features real-time digital pressure display, intuitive temperature/time adjustments, and 3 programmable job presets for quick setup. Dual-Breaker & Backup Fuse Protection: Enhanced electrical safety systems prevent unnecessary downtime and protect sensitive control boards. Smooth Gas Shock Assist: High-grade gas shocks provide controlled, smooth opening action to reduce machine shock and operator strain. Interchangeable Platen Compatibility: Easily swap out lower platens to decorate sleeves, youth wear, tote bags, and specialty items. Ideal Applications DTF & Screen Print Transfers: Achieve solid glue bonding and crisp transfer adhesion with repeatable precision pressure. Custom T-Shirts & Apparel: Print front, back, and chest graphics on t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and sportswear.
