TISS™ Strut Kit (SD) - Treehouse Integrated Support System™

Exclusive to Treehouse Supplies, the Treehouse Integrated Support System™ (TISS™) is more than just treehouse hardware: it’s an integrated system engineered to maximize the load-bearing capacity of your foundation trees and provide options to work around whatever challenges your trees (or your design) might present.   Trees don’t stop growing just because we build in them (in most cases, trees will grow FASTER around the attachment sites, as these amazing living foundations add support tissue in response to the applied loads). Our exclusive Treehouse Integrated Support System™  is designed to grow WITH your trees, ensuring that your treehouse will be structurally sound for decades to come!  The TISS™ Strut Kit (Standard Duty) is compatible with all our standard duty fasteners and consists of: 24" Strut Body - qty 1 SD TAB Support End - qty1 Universal Suspension Bracket - qty1 Tree House Lag Bolt 1.25"x8" - qty1 7/8" Turnbuckle End (LH) - qty1 7/8" Turnbuckle End (RH) - qty1 Grade 5 Bolts (3/4-10, 3 1/2") - qty2 Grade 5 Locknuts (3/4-10) - qty2 7/8" LH Jam Nut - qty1 7/8" RH Jam Nut - qty1 Grade 5 Washers (3/4) - qty4 Integrate the TISS™ Strut with your standard duty treehouse attachment bolts (purchased separately) on a new build, for extra peace of mind in scenarios where additional reinforcement may be needed: multi level structures engineering & permitting reasons  one side of structure carrying a lot of load building for commercial or rental purposes adding heavy features like a hot tub smaller trees, where TAB installation depth is limited trees with reduced load-carrying capacity (low compression strength, cavities in otherwise healthy trees) Treehouses built in high-wind areas, where TAB connections will experience greater movement/dynamic loading
