Tiny Waterdrop Earrings - Lilac/Clear

Handmade by artist Yuxuan Li, each drop is uniquely one-of-a-kind and slightly different due to the nature of handmade art. For the Tiny Waterdrop Earrings, Yuxuan tries to capture the second that water drops on skin, with different colors to symbolize waters from diverse resources.    Medium: Sri Lanka White Topaz 0.2ct, Vermeil, Italian Borosilicate Glass Dimensions: 0.6''L x 0.4''W x 0.25''T   _______________________________________________   LE SEL is a contemporary jewelry label founded by Yuxuan Li in San Francisco in 2020 and relocated to New York in 2024. Inspired by her explorations of bodies of water around the world, Yuxuan draws on the subtle variations in sound, shape, color, texture, temperature, and volume. Through this sensorial journey, she has developed the idea that the waters adorning Mother Earth can also become natural adornments for the human body. All pieces are handmade by Yuxuan Li, each bearing its own distinct details. She works primarily with Italian borosilicate glass to evoke the fluidity of water—its droplets, streams, and shimmering surfaces. Natural gemstones are thoughtfully incorporated to introduce crystalline textures and a play of light.
