Tinka Tulip

Tulipa clusiana 'Tinka' A charming botanical tulip that brings a touch of the exotic to your spring blooms. Slender, pointed flowers open to reveal a glowing primrose-yellow interior wrapped in a vivid red exterior, creating a beautiful bicolor display that responds to the sun by opening wide on bright days. With its compact 8–12 inch height, Tinka is perfect for borders, rock gardens, containers, and also makes a delightful cut flower. This resilient variety naturalizes well in the right conditions and is notably drought tolerant once established. Hardy in zones 3–8.  Starts shipping in September until sold out. Order early for best availability. Detailed planting instructions are included with each order, and may be obtained below. Available only within the contiguous US.
