2023 Tinacula White

The Tinacula White 2023 is an exceptionally rare and expressive wine, crafted from the indigenous Pardilla grape and aged for four months in traditional clay amphora. With fewer than 5,000 bottles produced, this limited-edition Spanish white pays homage to centuries-old winemaking traditions, allowing the grape’s purity and terroir to shine. Pale gold in the glass, Tinacula White offers an aromatic bouquet of ripe orchard fruits, citrus zest, and wild herbs, with a subtle earthiness imparted by its amphora aging. The palate is both textured and vibrant, revealing flavors of crisp green apple, pear, and lemon, intertwined with a hint of salinity and a distinctive minerality that lingers on the finish. This complex yet refreshing wine is a versatile pairing for grilled seafood, Mediterranean dishes, or soft cheeses, complementing both delicate and bold flavors alike. A true celebration of Spain’s winemaking heritage, Tinacula White 2023 is a rare find—one that speaks to tradition, craftsmanship, and the beauty of Pardilla’s untapped potential.
