Time Tracker Mini

A simple visual timer that makes “how much longer?” easy to understand. The Time Tracker™ Mini helps kids see time passing with a clear, color-based countdown—perfect for classroom routines, therapy sessions, and home schedules. Set the total time and a warning time with two easy dials, then let the timer do the rest. When time is almost up, kids get a gentle heads-up, helping transitions feel more predictable and less stressful. Great for marking therapy sessions. Also features: Visual + auditory cues: counts down until the colored light glows and the alarm sounds. Warning alarm: set a “time’s almost up” alert to support smoother transitions. Flexible volume: adjust the volume or turn sound off for visual-only timing. Wide time range: set from 5 minutes to 2 hours (in 5-minute increments). Quick, kid-friendly setup: two dials—one for total time, one for warning time. Why occupational therapists love it: Visual timers are a go-to tool for building independence and supporting regulation. The Time Tracker Mini can help with: Transitions (clean-up time, switching stations, leaving the playground, ending screen time) Executive functioning (starting tasks, sustained attention, pacing work) Self-regulation (reducing anxiety by making time predictable) Independence (kids learn to manage time without constant adult reminders) Classroom participation (turn-taking, waiting, “my turn/your turn” routines) OT-friendly ways to use it: First/Then + timer: “First work for 5 minutes, then choose a break.” Break planning: 2–3 minute movement break, then return to the task when the light/alarm signals. Transition rehearsal: set a warning at 1–2 minutes so kids can finish, save, or clean up with less resistance. Wait practice: use during games to build patience and turn-taking (“your turn in 2 minutes”). Includes: 1 Time Tracker Mini. Size: 3.25" L x 3.25" W x 4.75" H. Power: Requires 3 AAA batteries (not included).
