TIME TO EAT

Stitchable Time to Eat Embroidery Sampler On my grandparents farm, there was a small red barn where the pigs lived. I first remember walking inside the structure when I was about 5 years old. I wasn’t impressed. The pigs were loud and pushy; not to mention pretty smelly. However, one day, there was a very pleasant  surprise: piglets. I couldn’t get enough of their cute little snouts and ears--and their curled tiny pink tails! When it came time to eat, those sweet little tails wagged like puppy tails. I was in piggy love. I never forgot that dose of cuteness and that’s how Time to Eat came to be. Whether you’ve admired a few pigs in your own life--from near or far--pop the enclosed fabric into your embroidery hoop and use your own preferred colors, stitches, and method of framing to create a bit of down-home farmyard charm. We used a 10” x 10” piece of 80/20 batting behind the fabric, adhering it with a couple of good spritzes of spray fabric adhesive, and stitched through both layers. The design is permanently printed onto 100% cotton. Please feel free to use your own favorite colors and stitches to make this design a truly heirloom piece with your own special touches From my Retro Kitchen Embroidery Collection Includes one approximately 9.5" x 9.5" preprinted 100% cotton panel  List of suggested colors and stitches Finished/framed size approximately 8.25" x 8.25" Designed in the Rocky Mountains USA by Lori Nawyn ***You will need: Your own materials including all your own threads and tools to complete the project, and your own interfacing or batting and backing fabric.
