How long until I see results? Most customers report brighter, more even-looking skin between weeks 4 and 8 when used 3–7 times per week. Some see a smoothing, "just facialed" glow after the first session — visible tone and firmness change takes consistency. Which light should I use, and when?Red (630nm) for firmness and fine lines, blue (415nm) for congestion or breakouts, amber (590nm) for brightness and evening tone, NIR (830nm) for deeper skin recovery. Rotate through the week, or pick the one that matches tonight. What makes 560 light points different?Density. More LED points means more even coverage across the face — every inch of skin sees light, rather than only the areas closest to sparse LEDs. Time Keeper has 200+ more light points than many leading flexible masks. Can I wear it with serums on?Start with clean, dry skin so nothing sits between the LEDs and the dermis. Apply your peptide, retinol or moisturizer after the session — skin is more receptive right after treatment. Is it safe for sensitive skin?Red, blue, amber and near-infrared LED are non-thermal and non-UV — they don't burn or tan. Do not use if you are pregnant, taking photosensitizing medications, or have a diagnosed light-sensitive skin condition. How is the Nude different from the original Time Keeper?Same wavelengths, same 560-point LED array, same FDA-cleared technology — different finish. The Nude Edition swaps the clinical white shell for a warm nude silicone designed to live on the counter, not in a drawer. What's the return policy?60 days, no questions. If you don't see or feel a difference, ship it back for a full refund. 1-year manufacturer warranty on the device. How do I clean it?Wipe the inside with a soft, damp cloth after each session. Avoid alcohol wipes — they degrade the silicone over time. Individual results vary. FDA-cleared medical device. Not recommended during pregnancy or if you take photosensitizing medication. Always follow the guide included with your device.
