In this high-flying action-adventure, you pilot advanced aircraft across different eras to stop a villain who has manipulated time itself. From dogfights over World War II battlefields to futuristic skirmishes, every mission blends aerial combat with the thrill of time-travel storytelling. Developed by Trainwreck Studios and published by Konami, the game uses the DS’s dual screens to track action and radar while offering stylus-assisted flight controls. Though it flew under the radar compared to other Konami releases, Time Ace stands out as one of the more experimental action titles on the handheld—mixing sci-fi narrative with arcade-style aerial combat. Gameplay Features Engage in fast-paced aerial combat across multiple time periods Pilot a range of futuristic and historical aircraft Unique time-travel storyline sets it apart from other DS action games Stylus-based control options enhance flight maneuvers Classic Konami presentation with arcade-inspired action Historical Trivia or Fun Fact Time Ace was often compared to Konami’s classic Time Pilot arcade game, sharing a similar concept of battling enemies across different eras. While not a commercial hit, it has since gained attention among collectors as a quirky and lesser-known Konami-published title for the DS.
