Timbren Helper Spring Kit (MPN: FFF53B)

Enhance your Ford F53 suspension with advanced rubber spring technology. The Timbren Helper Spring Kit is designed specifically for the front suspension of Ford F53 cab and chassis or F53 Motorhome models. This suspension enhancement system utilizes hollow rubber springs that provide a progressive spring rate, effectively managing weight from heavy loads such as snowplows or aftermarket accessories. Each component is crafted from laser-cut steel, precision welded, and powder-coated to ensure durability and a perfect fit. With a weight capacity of 5600 pounds per set, this kit helps eliminate suspension sag and cushions road shock, resulting in improved ride quality. The design reduces sway and enhances roll stability, making it a practical solution for those who frequently carry heavy loads. Installation is straightforward and can be completed with basic hand tools, allowing for a hassle-free upgrade. It is important to note that while this kit increases the spring rate, it does not alter the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) set by the manufacturer. Users should ensure that their load does not exceed the GVWR to maintain vehicle safety and performance. The Timbren Helper Spring Kit is a maintenance-free solution that enhances roll control and overall driving experience.
