TimberTech Non-Collated Cortex Screw & Plug Packs for Advanced PVC Decking

TimberTech Non-Collated Cortex Screw & Plug Packs for Advanced PVC Decking provide a premium, top-down hidden fastening solution designed specifically for TimberTech Advanced PVC deck boards. This system secures boards from above using specialty deck screws, then conceals each fastener with a loose, color-matched plug cut from the same Advanced PVC material as the decking. Once installed, the plugs blend seamlessly into the surface, creating a smooth, fastener-free appearance that elevates the finished look of the deck. The non-collated design gives installers greater control over plug placement and grain orientation, allowing for precise aesthetic matching board by board. High-quality, ACQ-approved screws with a TORX® ttap® drive provide a strong, reliable hold into the framing while reducing cam-out during installation. Suitable for use across the entire deck—including field boards, perimeter boards, and stairs—these Cortex packs offer flexibility, durability, and a clean, professional finish for Advanced PVC decking installations.
