Tilt Top Table Catches

Tilt top Table Catches secure table-top in normal flat position. When this brass table latch is released,  top is repositioned to upright position, 18th century style, used on tea tables. This style dates back to the 18th century. They where originally used on tea tables. When the table wasn't being used, the top was positioned upright and often moved out of the way.  Tilt top table catches are easy to use.  This brass table latch has a spring loaded mechanism with a thumb knob release.  A smooth transition is achieved when changing table top positions between level and vertical positions. The unique design secures table top when flat.
