My Dad has taught me the value of team sports, especially for kids, and how much it can teach us to work together, to create community, and to learn how practice makes for self-esteem, and confidence. I made these to honor his ideas about team sports. The Details: Each one of these whimsical pins and earrings are hand-painted by me, Robin Senour, so there are no two alike. For me, art is communication. I created this little work of art, but the conversation between artist and viewer is complete when someone owns it. The clear material I chose to paint on is durable and easy to bend to my will. I have my very own laser that gives me the freedom to create any shape that I can think of. I love color. Finding wonderful color combinations drives me from one piece to the next. I paint them until they say, “I’m done!”  The lucite I paint on is super lightweight and will not pull on the ear. The earwires are sterling silver leverbacks. I can also replace them with a clip sort, just let me know.
