Thyme Leaves Organic

Ingredients: Organic Thyme Leaves. Description: This small, low-growing shrub with its curled leaves has been used for millennia. This multi-purpose herb with its pungent, woodsy lemony-like fragrance matches well with chicken, beef, lamb, pork, game, fish, figs, carrots, goat’s cheese, lentils, onions, peas, potatoes, and tomatoes. It is excellent in soups and tomato based sauces. Thyme leaves are equally good with delicate seafood dishes or hearty soups and stews, and let us not forget to mention those sassy sausage gumbos that wouldn’t taste the same without thyme. Fresh or dried, thyme will always prove as an indispensable herb that is a must-have in your kitchen pantry!
