Crafted on site in Middlebury, Indiana, made from the milk produced in part from the cows on our own dairy farm. Net weight: approximately 1 lb. Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, Red & Green Jalapeno peppers, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes and Annatto color.
