THRVE 9.14.24

When: Saturday 9/14 (9am-4pm) Where: Tarpon Springs, FL LIMITED AVAILABILITY! Join Move.Breathe.Create and Elevated Embers for a 7 hour all inclusive retreat called THRVE. Take part as we find harmony in the elements that make us human.  Join us at a waterfront Tarpon Springs estate for a day of harmony, significance, and self.  We will begin with a presence practice before we get our hands dirty with play. This field day competition will have SUP, exercise, puzzles, teamwork, and a little bit of Misogi. (A Japanese Shinto practice about purification, shedding old habits, and embracing challenge that will affect the way you live the next 364 days of your life.) After we play, we will divide into 2 groups  One will go with Garrett for a SUP adventure to nearby barrier islands including yoga, and breath. The other will join Elevated Embers for Sauna, Cold Plunge, and reflection. Then each group will switch to ensure everyone gets the full experience.  Next, Chef Nate will nourish our bodies and soul with a light and clean Mediterranean focused menu. We will then settle into our flow time.  Whether it is alone or with a partner this time is to reflect, create and express. Participants are free to use the SUP, sauna, float in the pool, sit by the fire, or write. The intent is to find a spiritual reflection and connection within us.  The day will end with a stretching and breath session before each participant shares what they created in flow time and their experience. You will feel like you. Ready for whatever comes your way. Peace in your pace. The ability to harmonize and THRVE.
