Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition

The Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition is an officially licensed engine management system designed to replicate the throttle kinematics of the Airbus A320neo. Equipped with H.E.A.R.T (HallEffect AccuRate Technology), the quadrant utilizes 3D magnetic sensors to provide 16-bit resolution for precise power management. The hardware features dual-engine levers with mechanical detents calibrated to official Airbus settings—Idle, Climb, Flex, and TO/GA—along with functional thrust reversers. Designed for cross-platform compatibility, it serves as a modular component for both PC and Xbox Series X|S flight simulation environments. Airbus-Specific Engine Controls Mechanical Detents: Features physical notches for the "Climb," "Flex," and "TO/GA" (Take-Off / Go-Around) gates, allowing for tactile power calibration. Dual-Engine Levers: Two independent thrust levers with a locking mechanism to synchronize movement for twin-engine operations. Thrust Reverser Mechanism: Integrated triggers on both levers replicate the mechanical lockout and activation of engine reversers. Tension Adjustment: Includes an adjustable screw on the base to increase or decrease the physical resistance of the levers. Sensor Technology & Precision Magnetic Sensors: H.E.A.R.T (HallEffect AccuRate Technology) ensures surgical precision without contact, eliminating wear and potentiometers. Resolution: Delivers 16-bit precision (65,536 values per axis) for ultra-fine throttle adjustments. Expansion Capability: Features side-rail connection points for the TCA Quadrant Add-On (Speed Brake and Flap modules) and a SATA port for multi-quadrant linking. Integrated Buttons: Includes 8 physical action buttons plus 8 virtual buttons on each axis for secondary engine functions like Fuel Pumps or APU Start. Platform Compatibility & Ecosystem Cross-Platform: Native support for Windows 10/11 PC and Xbox Series X|S (when connected through the TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition). Microsoft Flight Simulator: Optimized with automatic mapping for civil aviation aircraft within the MSFS ecosystem. Modular Architecture: Connects directly to Thrustmaster TFRP or TPR rudder systems via the integrated RJ12 port. T.A.R.G.E.T Software: Compatible with the Thrustmaster programming suite for custom deadzone and curve calibration on PC.
