This bearing is located at the end of the 4759-6311 direct drive crank assembly. It rides on the end of the driveshaft and rests in the bearing housing spacer. The action of this bearing is a axis load. It takes the pressure of the roof, easing lift. If the bearing is or has failed, the roof may be very difficult to raise.
